My Wedding Cakes Portfolio
Each and every one of my cakes are made with creativity and thoughtfulness in mind. My aim is to create a timeless, elegant centrepiece that will compliment your wedding day theme.
Each cake is freshly baked to order using the finest of ingredients. All fondant cakes are covered in a layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache before fondant is applied to the cake. This enables me to create beautiful sharp edges and a clean finish.
Signature handcrafted sugar flowers of your choice can be created to decorate your wedding cake. If you prefer fresh flowers, I am happy to liaise with your florist to arrange a selection of flowers to appear on your wedding cake.
